Cherie Gardiner, an student from Bangor, 17 years old and 1.83m, was crowned Miss Northern Ireland 2009 at the Europe Hotel in Belfast. The young woman will represent Northern Ireland at Miss World 2009 at Southafrica. The 1st ru was Francesca Pollock, the 2nd ru was Jenny Curran.

Miss Universe Romania is 20 years old and was born in North East Romania - Piatra-Neamt, in the Romanian side of Moldova. Her body has a size of: 88/61/91 and she's 1.74 meters tall.
Bianca Elena Constantin was chosen Miss Universe Romania 2009 after the contest from June 29. She also received a special award from the press and will represent Romania for Miss Universe 2009, a competition to take place in Bahamas, in August 23.
Bianca was chosen in a final where 23 competitors took part. 50% of the score was awarded by the jury and 50% was awarded through TV-voting. The press had a special prize to offer, on behalf of beauty specialists and Mass-media representatives.
The finalists competed in five categories: casual costume, bikini, folkloric costume, evening dress and the personality interview. The 1st runner-up was Georgeta Filip, while the 2nd and 3rd runner-ups were Maria Liana Timis and Ioana Natalia Onet, respectively.
Bianca Elena Constantin will represent Romania for Miss Universe Romania 2009. The competition is scheduled to take place in August 23, in Bahamas.

The elegant and articulate 22 year old graduate of the University of Ghana (Psychology Major), Jennifer Victoria Koranteng has been chosen as Miss Universe Ghana 2009 in a closed-selection in Accra.
The 1.80 m beauty will represent Ghana at the 2009 Miss Universe Pageant to be held in the beautiful Paradise Island in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, on August 23 2009. After several rounds of tests on individual presentation, personality, physical fitness, composure and grace, as well general intelligence, Jennifer scored the most points beating Suzanna Naa Amuah Alberto Darko and Daphne Grace Allotey to 2nd runner-up and 1st runner-up positions respectively. The other contestants were Angela Effum and Matilda Hammond. The excited winner says she would love to use her voice and new status to support the needy in society and to spell out the importance of education particularly for the girl-child. “I’m expecting to put Ghana on the map and to do very well. So people would know that Ghana is not only a land of gold and timber but also a land of great beauties”, comments Jennifer.
MISS ITALIA NEL MONDO

Diana Curmei, Miss Moldova, was crowned Miss Italia nel Mondo 2009 during an vent held at the Palazzo del Turismo in Jesolo on Saturday, June 27th. The 18-year old student stands 1.76 m tall and beat 49 other contestants for the title.
The 1st runner-up was Miss Romania, Elena Simona Lungu (22). Completing the Top 6 were the contestants from Argentina, Indonesia, United States, and Argentina (Buenos Aires).

Avalon-Chanel Weyzig, a 20-year old model, was crowned Miss Universe Netherlands 2009 during an event held on June 27th.
The 1.69 m beauty will now represent her country at the Miss Universe 2009 pageant in Nassau, Bahamas, next August.
The runner-ups were Stephanie Bos and Stevie Hartmann. This year's contest was organized by former Miss Netherlands Kim Kotter.

Clementina Velázquez Mujica es la ganadora del certamen Nuestra Belleza Guanajuato 2009, que se llevó a cabo en el Poliforum de la ciudad de Abasolo, donde Andrea Martínez, Nuestra Belleza Guanajuato 2008 cedió la corona a la nueva representante del Estado de Guanajuato.
La guanajuatense Elisa Najera acompañada del actor Segio Mayer, fueros los encargados de presentar a cada una de las participantes y dar la entrada con una pasarela final a Nuestra Belleza Guanajuato 2008, Andrea Martínez, reina saliente.
Clementina Velázquez Mujica, fue coronada por el alcalde Juan Antonio Negrete Martínez, acompañado de su esposa Ana Rosa Cruz. En segundo lugar quedó Alejandra Campos Tena, de Irapuato; en tercero la leonesa Lourdes Aranda Cacheaux y en cuarto sitio, otra joven originaria de León Marisol López Aguilera.
Clementina sera ahora la encargada de representar a la mujer guanajuatense en el certamen nacional 2009, por la oportunidad de ir a Miss Universo, Miss Mundo o Miss Internacional 2010.

Adriana Treviño de 23 años de edad fue coronada la noche del 22 de junio como Nuestra Belleza Nuevo Leon 2009 en el Teatro de la ciudad. El año pasado intentó por vez primera ganar y aunque no lo logró, esta vez convenció al jurado.
Nailé López ocupo el pues no suplente mienstra que Ana Cristina Ovalle se quedo con el segundo lugar, Elena Inurrigarro completo el cuarpo ocupando la tercera posición.
Mariana González, reina saliente, en compañía de Lupita Jones, fue la encargada de coronar a la chica de 1.74 metros de estatura, quien es vecina de la colonia Ancón del Huajuco, en Monterrey.
El evento, conducido por Elsa Burgos y Arturo Carmona, empezó a las 22:00 horas y fue transmitido en vivo por Televisa Monterrey.Entre los jueces estuvieron Anagabriela Espinoza, Nuestra Belleza Internacional 2008; Alejandra Villanueva, Nuestra Belleza Nuevo León 2003; el cantante Patricio Borghetti y su esposa, la actriz Gretel Valdés.
La organización entregó premios especiales como los de Nuestra Belleza Fotogenia y Nuestra Belleza Elegancia, que también ganó Adriana Treviño, y el de Nuestra Belleza en Forma que se llevó Daniela Longoria.
Ahora Adriana tiene la tarea de representar a su estado en la final nacional de Nuestra Belleza Mexico a celebrarse en Yucatan en el mes de septiembre.

Joyce Jacobi, a 21-year old law student from David (Chiriquí) and Geraldine Higuera, a 2o-year old physical therapist from La Chorrera, were crowned Miss International and Miss Earth Panama respectively during the finals of the Bellezas Panamá beauty contest held at the Centenario ballroom in the Vasco Núñez de Balboa Convention Center in Panama City.
Jacobi, stands 1.73m in height and will represent Panama at the Miss International 2009 beauty pageant to take place in Japan and Macau, next November.
Higuera, stands 1.71m tall and will compete in the Miss Earth 2009 contest to be held in Manila, Philippines, in October.
The remaining finalists were Silvia Castro and Stephanie Tom. 13 women competed in the annual event, organized by Tania Hyman's Models and Talents.

Newly beauty queen, Viviana Kampanile–Zagorianakou 19 year-old was crowned Star Hellas 2009. While A graceful 23 year-old Alkisti Anyfanti was chosen Miss Hellas 2009.
Viviana Kampanile who stand 180cm will represent Greece in 2009 Miss Universe Beauty Pageant. The beautiful girl 176cm Alkisti Anyfanti will compete in 2009 World Beauty Contest.
Daiana Igropoulou is Star Hellas 2009 1st Runner up and will represent her country in Miss Earth 2009 in the Philippines.
Meanwhile Margarita Papandreou was crowned Miss Hellas 1st Runner up and will compete in Miss International 2009.
Christiana Gargaropoulou was chosen as Miss Tourism and will represent Greece in the Miss Tourism Queen International pageant late in this year.

Lorena fue coronada Nuestra Belleza Sonora 2009, por la saliente reina Cecilia Montaño, Nuestra Belleza Sonora 2008 quien fuera parte del top 5 de finalistas en el certamen nacional del año pasado y por Perla Beltran, actual Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico.
La joven de 21 años estudiante de la licenciatura en Sicología Educativa participará en el certamen nacional a celebrarce en Yucatan en septiembre.

El Domingo 7 de Junio se realizo la final del Certamen de Nuestra "Belleza Chiapas 2009", evento que año con año se realiza para elegir a la mujer que representara al estado de Chiapas en nuestra belleza México. Esta ocasión el Auditorio del Museo Chiapas de Ciencia y Tecnología, fue sede y testigo del principal certamen que se celebra en nuestros tiempos, y es que tres hermosas señoritas se disputaron el primer lugar para representar al su estado dignamente. En las tres etapas que realizaron de traje de baño, traje regionales estilizados y vestido de noche, las chicas se hicieron acreedoras a distintivos como nuestra belleza light Selene Castillejos, nuestra belleza piel nívea y simpatía la Cintalapaneca Mildret Jiménez León, nuestra belleza rostro ines y elegancia Claudia Espinosa.
Quedando en 3er. Lugar Selene Castillejos de 21 años de edad originaria de Tapachula, 2do. Lugar Mildret Jiménez León de 19 años de edad oriunda de Cintalapa de Figueroa, y en 1er. Lugar como digna representante de nuestra belleza Chiapas 2009 el reto, Claudia Espinosa de 22 años originaria de Playas de Catazaja.

The Beauty Law Student from the University of Namibia (UNAM) Happie Ntelamo was crowned Miss Namibia 2009 during the event took place at the Windhoek Country Club & Resort in Windhoek on 6th June 2009.Newly Beauty Queen, Happie Ntelamo who 21 year-old and 185 cm tall, will be Namibia's representative in 2009 World Beauty Contest.Miss World 2009, the 59th Miss World beauty pageant will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, where Ksenia Sukhinova of Russia will crown her successor, Miss World 2008. About 120 contestants are expected to attend the event. Crowd favourite, beauty girl Tanya Schemmer was justed first runner-up. While Susan van Zyl was second runner-up. Graceful 10 candidates competed in final night pageant.

Lorena fue coronada Nuestra Belleza Sonora 2009, por la saliente reina Cecilia Montaño, Nuestra Belleza Sonora 2008 quien fuera parte del top 5 de finalistas en el certamen nacional del año pasado y por Perla Beltran, actual Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico.
La joven de 21 años estudiante de la licenciatura en Sicología Educativa participará en el certamen nacional a celebrarce en Yucatan en septiembre.

El Domingo 7 de Junio se realizo la final del Certamen de Nuestra "Belleza Chiapas 2009", evento que año con año se realiza para elegir a la mujer que representara al estado de Chiapas en nuestra belleza México. Esta ocasión el Auditorio del Museo Chiapas de Ciencia y Tecnología, fue sede y testigo del principal certamen que se celebra en nuestros tiempos, y es que tres hermosas señoritas se disputaron el primer lugar para representar al su estado dignamente. En las tres etapas que realizaron de traje de baño, traje regionales estilizados y vestido de noche, las chicas se hicieron acreedoras a distintivos como nuestra belleza light Selene Castillejos, nuestra belleza piel nívea y simpatía la Cintalapaneca Mildret Jiménez León, nuestra belleza rostro ines y elegancia Claudia Espinosa.
Quedando en 3er. Lugar Selene Castillejos de 21 años de edad originaria de Tapachula, 2do. Lugar Mildret Jiménez León de 19 años de edad oriunda de Cintalapa de Figueroa, y en 1er. Lugar como digna representante de nuestra belleza Chiapas 2009 el reto, Claudia Espinosa de 22 años originaria de Playas de Catazaja.

The Beauty Law Student from the University of Namibia (UNAM) Happie Ntelamo was crowned Miss Namibia 2009 during the event took place at the Windhoek Country Club & Resort in Windhoek on 6th June 2009.Newly Beauty Queen, Happie Ntelamo who 21 year-old and 185 cm tall, will be Namibia's representative in 2009 World Beauty Contest.Miss World 2009, the 59th Miss World beauty pageant will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, where Ksenia Sukhinova of Russia will crown her successor, Miss World 2008. About 120 contestants are expected to attend the event. Crowd favourite, beauty girl Tanya Schemmer was justed first runner-up. While Susan van Zyl was second runner-up. Graceful 10 candidates competed in final night pageant.

The new Miss Mondo Italia, or Miss World Italy 2009, is 19-year-old Alice Taticchi of Perugia, Umbria. She was crowned last Saturday night at the Marina Bleu Salento in Galipolli.
She is a model and stands at 1.84m. Alice will now get ready to participate in Miss World 2009, in South Africa.
